* Try to control your allergies. If you suffer from them, then you know that it is also one of the major sinusitis triggers. It is best to be aware of what causes an allergic reaction and try to avoid them.
* You can try a sinus home remedy to prevent or minimize a sinus infection. Drinking tea made from dried thyme, inhaling some peppermint drops or drinking cayenne water are some common and easy to do sinus home remedies.
